★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased EU30iS genset from the dealer. After just 3 hours of running, the genset stopped and then it was not starting at all. Tried the auto start as well as manual start, but nothing worked. Called the dealer for support and he started giving me troubleshooting advice. When none of his advice worked, he asked me to arrange fir spare plugs and God knows what! Not just that, he even asked me to take the generator back to his shop for fixing the issue. Can u imagine!! I'll carry the 60+ genset from my home to his shop that is at a distance of 15 kms. All home appliances
that I have, send their technician for fixing issued with the appliance. And the dealer here is asking me to carry the genset to his shop for getting things fixed. After arguing with him he said that he will send a technician. Very noncooperative dealer. Honda must look into this and get these things resolved.
