Fare deal and very honest gayes

I would like to bring the following facts to your kind notice: We, Vijay Kumar and Leena Bisht R/o Delhi. This is a complaint against Kailash and Hind Properties Mr. Kamal Aggarwal S/o Tarsen Aggarwal is Chairman and Mg. Director. In the month of January, 2018, by selling our assets plus our life-time hard earned money added, on dated 01/12/2018, we had given Bayana for a flat with partial payment (50,000) made at one stroke, in one of the upcoming residential projects of the above referred company Hind Properties. Ms. Kailash was requested to us, you should wait for some time to complete the formalities of the loan and possession of the flat. We thought her request being genuine and accepted to wait as we had no alternative left since we was in desperate need of flat and the partial payment towards the proposed flat was already made. After some time Kailash called me and asked me to provide my documents for the loan and she introduced me to Rajesh (From DMI loan agency) and Gurdeep Singh (Loan Broker) Rajesh and Gurdeep took my documents and one cheque amounting 5900 in favour of DMI for loan process and after few day Rajesh called me and said my loan as per the requirement is not getting approved and at the same time they deposited the cheque which got cleared and after a long hot discussion they closed my file. For the above instant when I called Mr. Kamal he said as per the agreement/ Bayana Receipt first I have to give him Rupees 1,50,000 and then he will again introduced me to some other Loan Agency, after this communication when I saw the Bayana Receipt I noticed there is gap in the address of the flat and as per the Bayana Receipt address is i77, Gali Number 35, Raja Puri, Uttam Nagar but the flat which they are showing me is i81, , Gali Number 35, Raja Puri Uttam Nagar. For this address gap I called Kailash but she said there is no gap and now I have to give the full amount or my bayana will be forfeited after which when I called Mr. Kamal he said the same thing and started humiliating me and after my repeated requests somehow I got the number of Mr. Tarsen Aggarwal father of Mr. Kamal Aggarwal so went to him and requested him to sort it out so he said he refund my 50,000 back and close issue but I have to wait for some time, I had no other choice so I waited for a very long while but still no result. Now from 3 months I came to know a new story while asking for my bayana which out of 50,000 as per Mr. Tarsen Aggarwal Kailash is having 30,000 and to get the full amount I have to take the 30,000 from Kailash so I went to Kailash but she said she doesn’t have any money out of my 50,000 so I requested her to please confront the Mr. Tarsen Aggarwal but she is denying to do so and from last approx... 6 months I am following up from both of them but no result.
