A small residential society also means that the costs of maintenance is very high, which is possibly a reason why everytime, a lift is out of order.
The guards at the gate aren't an exactly alerts lot. I have often entered the complex without signing the entry register and it isn't because the guards know me or the family I visit.
But sadly, the residents here don't seem to care for others within the four walls of the complex, especially if you are not a house owner but a tenant, and that is this place's worst attribute -- even though it is so small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly one of the best societies in East Delhi with robust security, strong & active management team, spacious houses, well maintained gardens and other communal areas and a thriving community of like minded folks. A bit on the costlier side but its certainly worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in this society for the past 5 years . It's a great society with safe environment for family . The residents are very informative and polite as well. The society has got a great security system with guards calling on intercom and informing everytime someone visits you.The society got elevators In a great working condition. The buildings have a solid build along with great layout plan. The society members even organise various events on occasion of every festival. All in all if you looking for staying in a peaceful and safe environment hindon apartments is the place to be.
