★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my phone display is not working and i give my phone to shop owner for repairing and he told told me come in at 7 PM i take my phone and at that time display working fine and the owner apply rubber band over my phone because the display take some time to stick to phone and he told me remove it at morning so when wake at morning i saw that the having black line all over the screen so i ask the owner to solver it so he told me that on display they no claim guarantee i was just frustrated from the owner because i pay 1200 bucks to that owner for changing the display so my opinion is that if repairing shop man give original screen with bill than you will proceed for repair your mobile because these people only use very cheap quality screen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I gave my phone to repair to these guys. They looked at the phone and said 1500 bucks will be charged. After one or two with them and getting into the details of the damage, they charged me 1700 and promised me that they make the phone anew. For the context, i cracked the screen of my phone and antenna got damaged so the signal strength of the phone reduced drastically. Also i asked them if urgently it can be done or not as i had a bus that day and they assured me that it's just job of an hour and a half. So i thought i should wait.
They waited me there for 6hrs straight and that too standing, not even asked a glass of water. I felt humiliated, but it was my work. But even after that much of time they ultimately said it couldn't be repaired you have to leave it at the shop.
CUT TO 5 DAYS
I went to the shop. They said they need more time. I said i need a secondary phone to do my work, they resisted to help me.
CUT TO 2 DAYS
I have paid extra 200 bucks for the repair of that antenna. That too didn't worked in the phone. I complained about it. Then they asked for few more days.
CUT TO 3 MORE DAYS
Nothing has been changed. I wasted my money and time at this shop. What is the propose of the phone if i can't even talk through it.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, i can say that this is the WORST shop in the Kota. The owner of the shop treats you as if he's doing some "ehsaan" on you by repairing your phone. I got recommended by a friend to go to this shop. But i can assure you that there are many shops other than this shop that can work absolutely fine with any kind of work.
I RECOMMEND YOU TO NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP EVER.
