★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour. Bought original IT company drill tools (photo attached) from Hindustan Nut Bolt, as it did not work on my job, went back to them to exchange unused tools back. They refused to change in very bad manner and in reverse blamed me, without knowing the truth, that I have brought duplicate tools, in exchange of their original tools. They Do not know, how to talk to customer.
Also they did not informed me while buying tools, that they will not exchange the same.
Suggestion: select other vendor, do not buy from them.
