β β β β β This place is a bit crowded as its at the center of kothrud karvenagar area but has good facilities.....they check for proper 0 values for petrol and price before starting and have additional PUC and Air Check for tyres....

β β β β β Employee's asked to scan on their own personal QR Code for payment from customers, in this case customer doesnt get the surcharge benefit, HP own QR code scan is not available for customer at this station.

β β β β β One of the most crowded petrol pump in areas still they manage to serve as more as customer. Main issue with station is it's place. It is right at single corner so it's always difficult to move in an move out.

β β β β β busy petrol pump near Karve statue, Karve chowk on Karve road. It also provide free air in reality unlike other bogus petrol pumps of HP. There is a kiosk to renew your PUC too.

β β β β β Their Scan code doesn't work, and the support staff who filled petrol, behaved very disrespectfully as scan did not work, however, the manager was good, finally I made the payment to his Gpay number. Mgmt, must fix the VPA address to avoid such issues as at one point, I was made looked like, running away by not making payment by the person filling petrol in my bike.

β β β β β I was on my last drop of diesel and stuck in a long line at the entrance of the petrol pump when the manager Deepak Barad came out and helped me. He guided me to the diesel station, filled the fuel, sorted my billing. I was so nervous and feel so pleased to learn that a petrol pump manager can provide such world class customer service.

β β β β β I wish there should have been a minus rating option. Hopeless and Extremely rude employees. 5-6 of us were asking for QR code and guy who was at filling station just rudely asked to get out from petrol pump there or pay in cash only. It was early morning. Even after raising complaints, the filler guy started shouting and abusing customers there. No manager was in place since it was early morning. Useless and just avoid it.
