★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management i never seen in before, even they didnt gave the proper water facility to workers. (If anyone trying to ask this questions - immediately that person fired from work) Even there is no good canteen inside the hpcl. Ethics less management. Even Cisf also not any questioning to HPCL management.
And worst fire & safety team - rules only for contractors and contract labours only. Not for all in refinery permanent staff, f&s team think they are the best team in hpcl. But, they dont know they are the worst guys in refinery. Even some contractors are ready to kick them outside - only problem is - may be bills or company reputation purpose only they just adjust from f&S team tortures, other wise some of f&s, some of hpcl permanent employees have definitely some threatening from contract basis labour. This is my complete & clean chit about the HPCL refinery internal feelings of workmen & contract labour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the oldest petroleum corporations in india. Earlier it was called as CALTEX, later in 1980's it became indian Company. Nearly Lakh of people depending on this company in both directly and indirectly. Daily contract workers gets works here for skilled and semi skilled workers.
