★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales, very expensive.spare Parts cost almost 2.5 times more than other shops in same area. Purchased display of weight machine at Rs. 250 from Hindustan scale. And then i found another shop selling at Rs. 100. So I wanted to return to shop, but they refused to take it back.
Difference of prices in spare parts.
Display Rs. 250 other shop 100

Motherboard 950 other shop 300
Will not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a crane weigh scale of 10 ton from here n it is accurate but then the after sale service is pathetic n they charge anything for small parts like for battery they quoted me 850 Rs n u get same for 250/300 at Lamington Road.. It is sad to see they not keeping their words.. Was told in warranty if there is any issue their engineer will come n repair n when I had issue they asked me to deposit 500 Rs in their account first prehand before sending worker.. Told them will pay at place n they denied saying pay first then only engineer will come.. Totally unacceptable n unprofessional.. Please think 100 times before u buy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is very responsive in case of request to repair the Electronic Weighing scale.we called the company and got very positive response.
The company rep Nisant Thankre visited our railway depot for repair of Weighing scale.
He has very sound knowledge of the electronic Weighing scale .
He has localized the fault in stepwise and repaired and calibrated the scale in very proficient way.
Thank a lot such a proficient, honest and hardworking representative of Hindustan scale company.

Zero reliability.
Repeated complaints,-no solution provided.
The service center number provided is not atall useful..
Do not invest here for this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a baby weight scale machine (imported) which do not provide the correct weight. Upon bringing this to the notice of management/staff, the people does not wants to exchange to another products or refund.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY IMPORTED PRODUCTS FROM HSC
