★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Jaquar products very much and it is my favourite. I stepped into the showroom of Hindustan Enterprise at Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road to buy some products. However I was deeply hurt by the behaviour of one of their employees. Mr Prabhakaran ordered me to put the jaquar accesories in a polythene bag by myself. Shouldn't he put the accesories that I bought in the polythene bag himself. Is this the way that one is supposed to behave with the customers? He treated me very badly. He said, 'maal de de isko'. Is this the way one should address a customer? I am never going to buy Jaquar products until and unless this matter is resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking at this review then I think you are thinking about buying some Jaquar products. Based on my experience, my advise to you DO NOT. It Is not that the products are bad, they are really good. But as I came to know that all of these products need a little after sale servicing for optimal performance that are lacking, not trying to put a fine point. It is almost impossible to reach their customer care service number, they do not respond to emails. In other words, you can not contact them. Unless of course you know someone who have a backdoor and I do not. I also want to point out that this is not an unfair criticism; I have tried to call them at least over 30 times at different times. Also send at least 4 emails. Hope this helps.
