★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After Sales service is Looter service. Bogus quality. Bogus people and bogus appliances. We purchased just a year back electric Water Geyser. The capacity is 3 liters. It heats after 7 minutes 1 litre water and then for another 1 litre we have to wait for 7 more minutes. After complaining to company. The person came and said your product is under comprehensive warranty but you have to pay 500 ruppees for service. We can't do anything. If it completely stops working then only we change parts. If it malfunction during Comprehensive warranty. We can't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try not to buy from them, very poor product what they provide, we purchased recliners from their dealers and they refuse to cover the warranty, after months of follow up and escalation, they agreed to repair the product but the repair is very substandard, they charge for superior product but the repair is done through very inferior product, try to stay away from them, All calls and mails for product support are never answered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company in service. My 25 litre Gyser is brokedown in a year and for last six months I have been chasing them for its repair or replacement. But they send a technician and then nothing. I have companies 7 times and technician visited more than 6 times. But dispute all no repair.
