Initially people were using this for Ganpati visarjan and palce of worship, being at the center of Ulhasnagar, connection to surrounding via main roads.
During Shivratri this is crowded because here shiv Mela is being organised where many people vist stalls and free food and cold drinks are being offered to devotees.

It is a temple of lord Shiva a big murti of lord Shiva you will see there
Very peaceful place it is.
And the members of that temple are also very polite.
You must visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful place. It's a kind of chat dham. Vishnu devi, ashtavinayak, shirdi, 108 shiv lings all in one place. Beautiful caves inside the mandir. The place is at Hira ghat called Shiv Dham.
