★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, good quality. Tried jalebi, imarti, dhokla and malai chaap. All were very tasty. Price towards higher side. Dine in is now allowed on a separate floor, was a bit crowded as well.
Coming to COVID19 guidelines being followed, place seemed fully sanitised, cleanliness maintained, workers wearing masks and door being operated by their staff member making sure no 3rd party is touching. While entering, it is must to use sanitizer, which they provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went to Hira Sweets Sector - 50, Noida to get 1 kg of Kaju Katli and tried to place the order for Ghujia for the next day as it wasn't available yesterday. The person (chandan pandit) on the counter said you can come tomorrow and get it. I tried to do the payment and asked him to save my phone number so that I can get it easily but he denied saying that no need for the payment, you can come Tomorrow and get it. When I went today to get it, they said that they don't have my order. The management was extremely rude and wasn't helping at all. Nobody knew who placed the order, nor the manager was interested in my issue. I have never experienced such disgusting service. They are extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

Word of caution: Taste before placing big order. We had to throw the complete order. Unacceptable quality n doesn't deserve even a single star. It was slinky slimy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 5sep late night. Tables were not clean even after cleaned by the staff ,they are sticking like anything, bowls served for food got stick to the table like fevicol. Do clean those tables properly even if you using sanitizer,( thats the only explanation i wonder they may have to that level of stickiness exist after cleaning). Food served was not that great,okay okay. Given them the due feedback. Staff was good mannered. Problem lies in the maintenance. Also as m food reviewer ,food served on plate had to be good and justify the dish which is been served. Kindly read your feedback book for further detail. Thank you hope to have a better experience on next visit .
