I have noticed a couple of times that they are adding items to your bill which you haven’t purchased, also they charge you above MRP on many items also the person on the counter specially the old guy with specs is very rude . Also while purchasing grains as we have noticed insects ? in the packets !!!
Would choose Society store which is near by this one .

They are deliberately increasing the MRP in their bills. Most of the customers don’t check the price and they take advantage of this. This is the third time I have caught them overcharging for products. They also indulge in purposely making mistakes while returning the cash back. They will return you lesser amount of change back and if caught will say it was a genuine mistake. Beware and don’t shop from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very weird. Every time we place order on phone, they sent us wrong items or some of the items are missing but it is there on the receipt. In one such occasion, they didn't send us an item. Upon calling up they said that they forgot and will be send it in 10 minutes. After 2 hours when we called up they said that they don't have that item. By the way, we had already paid for it. You have to be very careful about home delivery and check the items thoroughly with the items on the bill before making the payment. Also, don't pay for home delivery in advance (i mean at the store).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked groceries store. Suitably located near the main junction in a top locality of Mumbai. Gives a nice discount when you buy things in bulk. The guys here are quiet friendly. Good variety of everyday household items. Quiet well organised and neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms Joshada Patel she is there on counter she claims to be owner on Hiral Super market lokhandwala is very rude and acts smart. Today I took 4 walls cornetto ice creams for kids when I reached home which is very near to shop just a walk . To my disappointment out of 4 .. 2 were damaged ice cream and when I try to return she was adamant in receiving damaged product and told me to write a letter in old tatered book to kwality walls and then only she will return money. Most arrogant and rude way to handle customers.
