★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to bring to all concerned thT di bit book the cab from thus company as we gad a bad experience the Said driver rahul was very rude andand arrifant and was a cheat b theif u had booked the cab from 11to 15nivemver from delhi to vrindavan and agra n back the Said driver did not show us the sight seeing as agreed and at one point if time refused to drive n asked us to get down in a lonely street we are senior citizens and had to face hardships at the hands I would request all if you never to book from the Said Rahul Sen in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I was travelling with a good person unless I saw the other side of the agency 2hich is dishonesty. Driver asked me for 1000 INR to fill Diesel at petrol pump which I paid. At journey completion I forgot and paid him full amount. When I got down, I recalled that and called him back. He picked up phone, acknowleged that and said he is coming to return the money. I kept waiting for 15 minutes, but he did not come back. I called him multiple times after that, but he never picked up phone and never returned the money. Please stay away from such dishonest people and agency.
UPDATE: Post my review, you see below response from owner. But this is also a lie. They never called me or picked up my phone. There is no registration done by me with them, so no bank account amd hence no means for NEFT. They are writing this just to show that they are concerned about customer, but in reality, they are not. If you are really concerned, then can respond to me on my number.
