★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took the delivery charges Rs. 30 and doesn't produce receipt against it. If we refuse to give delivery charges they ask to collect cylinder from the agency. As a common man Dont go against a big bull they all caught up. Many times in survey done by Indane a question is asked to me whether they charged me same as in receipt. I said no 4 times in all 4 surveys. But nobody take action against it. Actually I had already confirmed that delivery charges are included in the bill that is produced online. Something wrong is happening in the company and somebody is fetching money. Manager should check it personally. Its a very bad thing. Because at list 10000to 20000 cylinders in a month in buldana and into Rs. 30 can create a big corruption. This can produce a big loss to INDANE COMPANY or a common man. Otherwise the staff and procedure to start up new connection next day delivery, ease of next cylinder booking is excellent. I like the service except the Rs. 30 delivery charges extra without bill.
