★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a complete fraud. They are not actual Hitachi authorised servicing guys. I called them to fix my air conditioner they came and took 5000 rupees to fix it. Now the drama start, after 20min of leaving the technician the ac started making huge noise. Then I kept on calling and the person not only behaved rudely, badly was literally shouting when I asked them that my ac is again not working. I called them because I just paid 5000 rupees to fix the machine properly.Then after getting that behaviour I contacted Hitachi Global they came to fix my machine. Now when I showed the receipt of this company Hitachi said its a fraud company. Not only that the Hitachi man who came to fix it called the fraud company and talked. They have mentioned that they will do a complain against this company as well to police. So please Beware of this Fraud service station.

Separately, it will be nice to see these service guys in company uniform alongwith with properly displayed company identity cards.
