Hitachi organized the Hitachi Social Innovation Forum (HSIF), New Delhi on 9th February 2018, in partnership with Business Today - one of the leading business magazine and media houses in India. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. We bought 3 ACs from them and when it came to getting them services the service team doesn't have any equipment to service a basic inverter AC. They came to take a look and went back to their centre because they didn't have the things necessary to complete the service.
1 part was to be replaced and the AC is still under warranty and we are told to wait for 10 days for the AC part to be replaced - which is freakin' ridiculous in Delhi's heat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and bad quality product. AC stops cooling in just 2 days of installation. Repair request is going on for 3 days. They are not reponding very clearly. Customer care not communicating professionally.
Bad idea to go with Hitachi.
