PROS:
Excellent Ambience
Attractive Salary
Learning opportunities to learn and grow
Nice canteen and food
Management is very much helpful
CONS:
"People are posting good reviews about their colleagues but here I want to share my experience.I was a new joinee in Hitech and I thought that everything would be smooth. But as soon as I joined , I got bullied for many reasons which I didn't liked and this was the reason for leaving Hitech.Therefore I request management to make sure that none of the new joinee or person should be part of bullying". Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to work if you want to start your career in BPO sector. Offers a lot of domains and options for youngsters. Situated at a prime location, nice house to have the office. Staffs here are such a nice ones. They offer you all the help needed.

Not recommended to work if you are aiming to get promotions going forward. As usual, politics will pull your leg down even if you are willing to make some positive changes/corrections to the current company culture/environment.
