★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of contemplation...finally I got my first hair colour and I am really happy that I went to one of the best hair salon Hiwaga. Their service is really nice and Shiva Prasad has done an amazing job, he suggested me hair colour according to my hair texture which is curly and super dry?. Although I had already researched and decide according to my complexion(dark) and texture of the hair(curly,dry) which colour I would go for so I went for Burgundy shade(forgot the exact name). I am giving 4 stars to Hiwaga.....because even after booking an appointement with them I had to wait for 1 hr.....But apart from that every thing else was good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received two facials from Amie and they were the most relaxing professional experiences I’ve had. Her set up was very clean and welcoming. Although both times were very pleasurable I can tell how far she’s grown in her craft and this last experience she was able to offer more insight on skin care and suggested a routine for me. She is now the only person I allow to touch my face and I contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiwaga being Vizag’s largest salon, occupies to floors, second floor is for haircut, hair styling and pedicure and the third floor is dedicated to all private services such as facial, waxing, spa. It has got a beautiful ambience and the staff members seemed very welcoming!!
The services offered were beyond par. I got pedicure, facial and hair spa done and it went really well. Each service session lasted longer than an hour and the massage done by Ms. Mery was really really good, she served with utmost care with a smiling face. She was willing to give suggestions and she was really friendly. She took care of pedicure and facial and I am really satisfied with her work.
Mr. Tehseen (hope this is his right name), was a new guy there but he also took very good care for hair spa.
Overall, the experience was great!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beauty salon and treatment is located in the city close to sampath Vinayak temple road in the first floor with landmark being Airtel office or in ground floor. It is easily accessible by road and has parking available outside. Its devices are available in both first and second floor with first floor mainly reception, billing and hair services; second floor dedicated for beauty skin services related to face, neck, manicure and pedicure etc. Dermatologist is also available for consultation for undergoing any dermatological treatments. The lift service is also available. Although little expensive, the services and experience is so good and pleasant that will make you to go back. The staff are very good with providing information, clearing doubts, flexible and polite with their interaction with customers. The ambience of the place, interiors, music, fragrance and lights everything inside makes you relaxed and it's really peaceful. I availed pearl facial service done by Ms Manju and her hands did magic and it's quite a refreshing experience and hair services are good but not exceptional like beauty services. But definitely it's one of the best beauty parlour to entrust and to visit again. And they are following strict covid norms and precautions starting from sanitization. The hygiene of the place is also good.
