They DO NOT sell food. They sell BEST CULINARY EXPERIENCE. The cooks at HMAN are people sent by the god themselves to serve the earth. Sitting beside the grill and devouring your food is the best part of the place. It seems as if they are there just for you.
We were 4 people and ordered 7 dishes and 7 tiramisu and at the end we wanted to eat more. We ordered lamb chops, lamb meat load, pork ribs, Philly cheese, chicken wings and each dish had its own experience. And finale with tiramisu was epic. The tiramisu just melts in your mouth. This place can only be experienced not told. Enjoy the photos

The ginger basil drink is too sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling all meat lovers to visit this paradise for barbecue style pork, lamb and chicken. Ordered the pork ribs, lamb chops and chicken wings and Tiramisu. Loved it. Quality of meats used is superior plus the prep is fab. And the sides that come with the dishes are great too. Really enjoyed. And I hear Harman the owner has opened a new outlet at Basant Lok Market called 'The Pit' so next stop is there soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small outlet with siting of not more than 8-10 people. This place offers American grill, the menu is simple and effective 3 dishes each for Chicken, Lamb, Pork & Buff. Each dish comes with choice of 2 sides. They also have dishes to the menu of the day like the last time I went they had fish & crab.
Things that I recommend: In main Dish: Lamb Chops, Chicken Wings, Pork Belly All these are super yummy. For the sides I love their burnt garlic beans & Smashed potato.
The place is small, so you need to make reservation before-hand.
It is a food place so don’t expect a fancy place, this outlet is small and serves amazing food with great service and presentation. Also, in the drinks the masala coke is very good, you might end up ordering more than one.
Overall a very good place if you like Slow cooked American grill, with portion sizes to fill a person up.
