★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are really looking for a place to stay in Nashik, (groups/families) instead of spending money on the hotels, I'll recommend you this villa because it is an amazing place to stay with friends or family.. More than 12 people can easily enjoy the stay. The rooms are (same as shown in the pictures) well organized with Ac's, proper bed with neat and clean blankets and towels, cupboards, proper ventilation, balconies with every room, the hall is full Furnished with sofa's, side beds, music system and a fish tank too. They also have a proper kitchen, you can even cook food, asking the caretaker to get raw stuffs from market. Shampoos, oil, soaps, biscuits everything was given to us. It is Budget stay villa. They provide free complimentary breakfast too. You also have massage machines and a treadmill.
The caretakers are really cooperative. Nishant (the owner) is also very Cooperative, Helpful and has maintained the villa really well.. I would really like to visit this place again.

Nishant ji , the owner of the property personally ensured that the stay is comfortable for us.
The breakfast provided by them was very simple (homely food) yet tasty with variety of options. Nishant ji & Rushikesh ji the caretaker took regular feedback for improvement.
Overall it's a nice & memorable stay for us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome homestay for family. 10 to 15 Persons easily accomodates. Barbeque experience was really great. Our family members were impressed by cleanliness. And all the photos were exactly same what shown in photos. We are planning to come again and again here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holiday Home is best for family stay. The owner is extra caring and ensured our comfortable stay. They also guided us for the popular areas nearby nashik. Rushi, the caretaker would appear on every call to help out. Overall, good property in a residential area. Huge rooms equipped with quality appliances and kitchen has everything you imagine or need to have. I will definitely revisit Holiday Home when I plan to go to Nashik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic host and staff. Breakfast was good, rooms are spacious. Most important is that full villa is so cool in hot summer, that's because of the structure of villa I think so. Staff is co-operative. This was my business stay, next time definitely will come with family.
