★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family had Jhargram and Belpahari tour with Holiday Outing. This is our first tour with them and probably it was my best. I am giving this tour as 5 star as google does not allow me to select more than 5.I am mentioning some key parameters to explain the facilities provided by Holiday Outing.
1) Hospitality : Our tour coordinator Arnab,Sumanta,Jaydev never considered us as a customer/guest. Always they made us feel like family member only. The way they treated my parents, was exactly as same as I treat. For example : at the time of dinner or lunch , they stood beside us and made sure that all of us did not have any empty space in our stomach. :)
2) Tour plan and management : Tour was well planed and managed. Never felt uncomfortable through out tour. They managed 20 peoples along with 5 children very decently and calmly with a big smile on their face.
3) Food : Food was awesome through out the tour in terms of quality and quantity. They provided food 4times in a day(breakfast,lunch,tiffin,dinner). Lunch and dinner they provided non veg everyday. The menu item was also very good , they provided us chicken,mutton,fish in 3 days.We had a few experience of tour with other companies. Holiday outing is the best in terms of food quality and quality.
4) Cost : Seriously speaking the cost was too low compare to the facilities that they provided. I have no clue , how they managed to get profit from this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me along with my family went Sundarban tour with Holiday outing. This is my second trip with them. In few words, this trip was awesome, well managed and packed with loads of fun and foods.
From all my tours with them, I can say, this people understands our needs , our comfort level and then creates a tour plans in reasonable rate. They understands problems faced by an aged people or people having surgery. They took care of those guests just like their own parents. This trip was an example of those. We had a old lady with 75+ age(who can't walk without stick) and a man 60+ age(had a surgery in his leg) in this trip.
It was impossible to point a single fault in Holiday outing's hospitality and food. They served mutton,chicken pakoda,crab(As I requested them :D), chilly chicken, prawn(only mentioned few things) unlimited. we ware served tea, coffee countless time in a day.
Now coming to Sundarban as a place, this is our pride, world heritage site. I wish people visits here frequently to help WB tourism.
To Holiday outing, keep the same spirit up. Wishing you good luck for Holiday outing's future. Thanks again to Sumantada, Arnab, Jaydevda for taking care me and my family through out the trip and adding prawn in the menu only for my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Holiday Outing for a year end family trip this time at Jhargram-Belpahari. The trip was decided 2 weeks back & they quickly arranged a nice family hotel there including a Big car for 10 of us. The hotel has spacious car parking facility, spacious room, balcony with geyser, TV and lift . The hotel is based at a nice locality of Jhargram. The owner
& staffs are really very cooperative and helpful. Even food was good also.
Suggest all to get in touch with Holiday Outing always for a reliable, peaceful & comfortable family trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our extended weekend trip to Jhargram after lockdown was hassle free, smooth, memorable and wonderful due to the hard work of entire Holiday Outing team..... we can't thank Arnab and his team enough for the arrangements and care that we received.
Starting from the vehicle (neat and clean) and the smiling and helpful driver.....the breakfast provided enroute, the hotel with rooms and facilities just as promised along with good service from hotel staff.....all meals, very tasty while being homely.....all sightseeing where they took special care of my wheelchair ridden and elderly aunts......the concern and rush Arnab had when my 3 month old niece fell I'll.....every gesture has managed to win our hearts.....surprise gifts to the ladies at the end of the trip to seal the memories was another cherry on the cake....
My heart felt thanks and best wishes and blessings from all my elderly relatives to entire Holiday Outing team....

We got personal affection and respectful commitment to each other. I'm very glad to share my feeling. Especially your cooperation and friendly attitude inspired me a lot throughout the journey. The fooding and lodging you have provided us that was extremely blissful. From breakfast to dinner it was so tasty. The quantity and quality of food was just awsome. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on a family trip to Sunderbans in Feb - 22 with Holiday Outing group and I must say it was meticulously well planned. They are extremely genuine people and from the very first moment to the last, they always put their guests on top priority and always helped them be at ease. The highlight of the trip has to be their very frequent and delicious food servings and the authentic local evening events. The personal touch of the organisers to give you good company throughout the trip is unparalleled. Thanks to them, it was a beautiful trip and I absolutely look forward to joining them again.
