★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need maintenance now...taps leaking, plugs for recharging mobiles not working, frequent visits of mosquitoes, etc. However food is good. They should provide atleast one bottle of water in room as complimentary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all worth for money. They charge the same price for different categories of rooms, even there is huge difference in the amenities provided in these rooms. Even after charging such a hefty amount for low quality rooms, they do not have a printed billing format. You can not pay through cards in this place, if you want so, they will charge you 18% GST extra. They do not have a tariff card mentioning room prices, they will charge you randomly based upon your relationship with them. They can also change your booking from one branch of guest house to other without intimating you.

Considering lack of amenities in Patna this is a great place though usually remains booked and booking available only if done 2 weeks in advance. Park nearby provides good option for morning walk / exercise . Staff is courteous and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good guest house for the corporate people. Biggest merit of the place is the food that they serve. It is always made fresh & more often than not tastes like home cooked meal. But this place isn't advised for someone looking for modern day amenities like in a star hotel. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning is decent. But they could improve upon the breakfast menu.
