★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made booking for 14 seater Traveler Bus for Delhi Agra Fatehpur Sikri tour with Family.Didnt do a single penny negotiation on promise of getting best quality Bus & Service.Was Surprised with Bus offered, old Bus with seats cover torn ,no air condition working & condition of the bus very bad.Not all good for long journeys.Same was conveyed to Holiday resort , insist of replacing the bus , agrued on cancelling the booking & akisng 100% advance money.As they was very much sure , that customer will not get bus from anywhere during this peak season at the last moment.Was quiet annoyed with Holiday tours & travels.Will request others not to book any tour with them.
