★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The common seating area outside is nice. It as got lots of chairs to accomodate everyone who wishes to sit outside and enjoy fresh air, after spending entire day within their rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a poorly maintained place. The moment you enter the house, it stinks.
The rooms are very dirty and the washrooms have all the fittings either broken or non-functional.
The swimming pool is very dirty and can not be used at all.
Overall it's a pathetic property. Don't waste your hard earned money on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in this holiday villa last week with my group of friends. We enjoyed there too much. Everything was well managed. Environment was very nice. Specialy we enjoyed the inside swimming pool, which was very nice with overhead showers, clean purified water. This swiming pool was some different from other swimming pools. It was well lighted with defferent colours, so was very nice. All rooms were very well cleaned and decorated. I suggest, anybody who wants to celebrate weekend with a group or family, must go once for a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to live in Holiday Villa, I absolutely loved the balcony of my room. It had nice potted plants. The view was pretty and gave way to fresh air in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in to this place last week and here is my review:
1. The place is very very filthy, the rooms lacked basic cleanliness, the washrooms had all their fittings broken, toilet seats broken, flush tanks broken, hand jets broken, almost everything broken. Since the property has an indoor swimming pool, the whole property smells really bad which disturbs the whole mood immediately as we check in. Bed sheets/pillows/quilts all smelled pathetic and had a lot of burnt spots(May be because of smokers).
2. The point of contact/owner was very rude, he was very reluctant to all the problems I mentioned in point no. 1 and literally asked us to leave the place as we spoke about the same, he took the security deposit at the time of booking(which they are supposed to return at the time of checkout) and the whole booking amount at the time we checked in, but was very adamant in giving back the security deposit amount at the time of checkout saying that they will return the amount somewhere in the evening, Very poor hospitality and a sheer lack of professionalism in total.
3. No kitchen/pantry to even make a cup of tea!
Better to stay home and celebrate, very bad experience!
