★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Awesome time asthamudi & the amazing speedboat ride .Also we enjoyed elaborate variety of food & excellent services of staff. Me and my family enjoyed a lot. My daughter enjoyed at activity center , it was a superb experience which we had in karela. Thanks holiday world india such kind of good services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got call for dinner in Hotel plazzo di Lara vaishali. but there was no dinner. they made all efforts to make us buy a package. and in the end they offered 15 nights in rs 13500. we suspect them as fraud. we asked all of them to show aadhaar card and we made video of them then only they let us leave. they insulted us badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company....reviews in google saying good company all are paid reviews. No service, bad experience no booking in one year. No call from them zero company. Mr. Vijay Shrivastva and Shahdab Alam(so called senior) sales person here stop picking calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World's biggest fraud company. they will call you for gift voucher 3N4D holiday free of cost once you will reach there they will waste your 4 to 5 hours for selling their lie.They will start from 1.4 Lac rs for membership of holiday packages and they will stop it on 1000rs bt plan will same 5N6D in any 5 star hotel world wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total fraud company...wasted my money..they dont pick up calls..their customer service is pathetic..specially Neha..they dont give any confirmation till the last day no matter how early you intimate them your plans or how many times you call them.I have tried booking several times in two years but no help from their side.Lets take some legal action against them to teach them a lesson.Our hard earned money has been wasted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. They will call you and say we will gift you 3N4D holiday package absolutely free but in actual they wont tell you that you have to pay 3000 INR for that. If you go there they will force you to take their membership, if you dont take that they will give you the gift voucher of 3N4D but they will not tell you that you have to pay 3000 INR and also you have to pay taxes also for the booking, if you want. Once you dont take their membership they will not pick your call, no reply of mails also... That gift voucher will become only a piece of paper. Even if you are OK to pay 3000 and taxes also, they will always say there is no rooms available at the time you have selected.. Its a suggestion for everyone please dont attend any of their programme, dont take their membershio etc.. This is a fraud company, they dont tell their T &Cs to anyone before. You will come to know once you come back home and try to book your package... PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful holiday resorts given by holidays world India are awesome I like it only the bad thing about the company is after sales service is very bad because I was trying to book holiday before 2 and half month but after a long waiting and lot of mental harrassment I got confirmation just 3 days before so it's very bad thing about the company. Another this the employee name Rahul is very cooperative he reply all time of my call but he also can't give confirmation of my stay and another person whose name is Shashi Tiwari is 100 percent fraud he never tecerec the call and had given all wrong commitments.
In the end it was pleasent holiday I enjoyed after burning lot of blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can give 0 rating to the customer service staff to Neha, Nitin and Priyangwe have opt package of 5 years by paying 65000. . they are not picking our call. we had requested them to book our trip at GOA. after constant folilowup Neha was rudely told me that in pick season you can not go as you are not eligible to go in Diwali which was neither conveyed to us by marketing staff nor my proposal form mentions the same. Neha and Nitin are making fun of our calls. Neha aks me to go to the consumer court. On verbal confirmation from Neha , we have booked tickets of jaipur for 8,9,10 now they have sent mail to us and tell us that these dates are not available. I request everybody if we can file common pitition against Holiday World Bad services and bad staff , please revert in review. I think we all together can raise voice as we have spent lot of money and not getting services. reply on this review who wish to join us against this fraud company with location and contact number.
