★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from holidaytrip.co. booked honeymoon trip worst hotel never seen. Said that 3star hotel will provide but seen is different. Don't book any packages from holidaytrip and don't trap. Waste of money and my memorable days ?

In short WORST trip ever thanks to HolidayTrip..
Detailed version - 1: These guys arranged a private car for our trip with driver not even having a rope to tie up our luggage. We provided our own.
2: Driver left us at the hotel on our 3rd day of trip without any explanation and stopped taking our calls. When inquired from agency they told us that we had a fight with him after paying him in full and so he left (Isn't that hilarious ?)
3: We had a conversation with our trip planner (Vishal) about this incident and all they had to say was sorry and that nothing can be done. Moreover, after a few calls they also stopped picking our phone. We had to try contacting them with different numbers. No compensation for our Itinerary on 3rd day of trip and we had to switch 2cabs just to even reach our home and adjusting 7ppl on a 6seater car for 10hour drive.
I won't recommend this agency for any sort of trip planning

Agent said that the hotel snow villa is a 3 star but upon arrival got to know that it was an unrated hotel 3km away from mall road, had smelly rooms with dirty bedsheets and floor. Hotel reps were not helpful until tipped. The travel agency rep quoted me a price of 30k and asked me to pay half the amount for which i was not given any receipt, iust hotel vouchers.Then a day before trip was told to pay 18k to the driver. When i asked thwm why 3k more they said they had advised 33k from the beginning. Shady travel agency. Their driver keeps calling me coz we only paid him 15k. Would never recommend anyone to book from them. Worst travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is one of the worst trip planner agencies i have ever tied up with. As a customer, i felt cheated at every part of my trip to manali. First of all, the tempo traveller that was booked arrived 2 hours late than the scheduled timing. The vehicle also lacked the self. After that the driver was very rude and arrogant. He was so ill-mannered. On reaching Manali, we were supposed to get Hotel Golden Apple Cottage - 3 star hotel ( as per the itenary) but we got some Vineet Cottage which was marked as subsidary unit of golden apple cottage and it was even worse than a budget hotel. There were so many flies and insects in the rooms and we were given 4 rooms on 4 different floors. The Driver did not cover all the points mentioned in the itenary. Also, the agent who booked our package was no where in contact once the package was booked. I sent multiple mails to the company but there was no response. I really feel that they ruined my holiday mood and i will never ever book any package with them again.
