★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hohpitals in the city. Good doctors and helping staff. They care a lot. They treat properly. There is lab inside. There is medical store. All modern technologies are there used to test and treat disease.

In doing repot they are good but when we ask for report result they take too much time on phone they tell yes your report is ready but when u go there they say sorry no doctor is available so report is not ready. Next day I call again they told me yes come and get the report but when I reach there they told me you have not submitted your papers then I told them I have submitted every paper and then I brought my paper and showed them then they told me sorry it was our mistake so your report is not ready and again next day I called them thay told me that we will tell the doctor for your report but when I reached there they told me it will take time as we are busy so give us your details for repot as the name of patient and his age and phone no and then they told me we will call you when your report is ready.
It's almost a week has passed after test and till now I don't have report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nursing staff is unprofessional in behaviour and very rude with patients in ICU where they need utmost care and friendly behaviour. Doctors are good but they do not communicate condition of patients clearly and not disclose the situation to patients family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management needs to work upon the waiting system of OPD. People book the slot early morning and visit as per their convenience due to which other patients keep on waiting for their turn. I was asked patient number 23 is in, mine number was 30. After one hour waiting, i was asked that number 9 is in. What is this ???????
