★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hospital. The nurses are rude, and the doctor in room 168 will look at everything except for what you actually came for. I had to make a stop at another hospital right after Holy Spirit because I got zero answers for the ailments I came for in the first place. Waste of time, money and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother is a patient of Dr Dalal and was earlier treated by Dr Yadav and Dr Allan Soares but on 3 rd January I had to rush my mother at 12.30 in the afternoon due to fluctuations in Blood pressure, sugar level and irregular heart beats. She has mild fever as she is a COPD patient but a nurse with a manly voice in emergency room didn't find anything wrong with my mother. The R.M.O in the emergency room told me she has to be admitted in the ICU but there were no beds available. A patient of holy Spirit hospital for 45 years was shunned out and the R.M.O had guts to suggest another hospital by the name of SBS Hospital at Veera Desai Andheri West. I have no idea why the R.M.O carted us to that hospital. Maybe he had some connections there. I want the R.M.O to know that this SBS Hospital did unnecessary tests and gave us such an exhorbihant bill that a middle class family can't foot it. Not only that they made the condition of a 86 year old patient worst. Thanks to Holy Spirit Hospital's R.M.O and also to SBS Hospital , both the hospitals are hand in gloves with each other.My humble request to Sr Sneha, please ask your R.M.O not to sponge the poor by recommending a hospital with higher charges. Sr Sneha if Dr Dalal is in U S A then you don't admit and treat your OPD patient. Are there no doctors available who can treat a patient? This is what your R.M.O who was on duty on 3 January between 12.30 and 1 p.m in the afternoon told me to take the patient away as Dr Dalal was not available. He infact called the SBS Hospital to make arrangements for my mother's admission there. Please Sister give a serious thought to this suggestion by the R.M.O

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An expensive but busy hospital. The general surgeon with an infamous temper needs schooling in patience.. Here patients don't have the freedom to take another opinion. I was shooed away by another general surgeon when I went to him as his ethics did not allow him to look at his doctor friends patient, even though the patient herself wanted it. I was very unhappy with the hospital as most of the employees there are impatient and almost rude . They surely need to understand that a patient going to them is anxious, troubled and worried . They are also spending money. They need to be treated well with politeness and dignity. I wonder who will do this task of training the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was born in this hospital and sorry to say it has become money mongers without manner and respect that once it used to have. The doctors have become rude and fee for operation and test for ever small diagnosis. Seriously the founding sister would be sorry to see the condition that this hospital has become. Feel really sad to see one of the best hospital in area end up becoming money minting machine without acknowledgement of how to behave with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital for admitting and treatment. All fresher staff (Doc and Nurse). Moreover doctors left whole treatment on newly recruited Nursing staff, who consider your loved ones as learning materiel.
If you really love your family members then never think of admitting here.
OPD is OK but treatment with admitted patient is nightmare.
Stay away from here.
Note : ICU head is biggest Dumb Head so called Doctor.
To Hospital -
Damage is already done. Reverting on review is just fake drama.
