★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom display is good. Products displayed are also good but actual product delivered will be of very low quality wood with cracks, non sheesham wood, rough polish, very bad workmanship, mismatching parts of one item and very very poor after sales servicing.
All staff including owner speaks very nicely and make a big hole in your pocket which you realize once you receive the ordered material.
It is better to be extra careful before making a deal and paying 100% in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. You can find good stuff related to furniture or electronic items here like Ac, Ovens, Washing Machine, Bed & Dressing table set, Sofa set, Dining table and much more. Price may be bit high but design and stuff is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a L shape sofa,which they delivered directly at home.. But the quality of material was very vary poor quality. Sofa delivered was not as shown in showroom. They did not return or even fixed it.
Highly disappointed .. they have lost there customer and will be losing others too.
Please beware while buying any furniture from Home City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How I will explain... is that the "SERVICE IS WORST".
We purchased a sofa set with specified dimensions and they changed it (reduced the dimensions) for the same price. And when we mentioned then they blamed us that we were unable to properly interpret the dimensions.It was so annoying..... But still we agreed to that mistake at some point as there was no point of argument....and they were not providing us any other better options.
We also placed a granite coffee table. At this point I will say they listened but still after changing that table 4 times they were not able to deliver the good product. So, we got tired and finally compromised with that table.
So, initially they will be like...yes sir, yes sir but at the end we have to adjust according to their conditions like price, dimensions and finally product delivery.
Overall my experience was worst with the HOMECITY. I will recommend the reader to try new vendors also available in the market. Try online like official websites or amazon or flipkart etc or else they will keep exploiting you guys.
