★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is very dusty. Overpriced products. Too lazy to even show the catalog. They stop all communications once you have paid the advance. You call them, they have no clue who you are or what you ordered. A new guy answers the phone each time and you have to painstakingly explain the whole situation every time. "Tomorrow delivery 100%" is their response every time. Actual delivery time = Promised delivery time x 3. Product delivered with wrong specifications.
Will not make the mistake of visiting this store ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a worst place with unprofessional staffs to purchase something. They have sold us a diffective product (chair). Upon asking for refund, they misbehaved with us. I was forced to ask for replacement but all other products (chairs) seems like not in a good condition. I gave an option to buy some other product instead of chair as we were not confident about the quality but the store kept treating us inappropriately whenever we called. They kept excused of boss not being around. I lost my hope and my money because we were ignored after purchasing. I would not at all recommend anyone to buy anything from here. And this is a genuine review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 3+1+1 sofa and a diwan. It was made fo order. Mr Arif is very helpful and this place is very reasonable. They have lot of varieties and also have wide of furnishings.
We also got the pillows for diwan made from here. I did compare the price with other shops and found Home City Center to be affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the worst place to buy furniture, we made wardrobes for our two bedrooms. They have cheated us by providing worst quality of materials and priced premium. After 2 years of usage wooden dust started coming out as it was not treated properly. These people are BIG SCAMMERS. Please avoid going there and save your hard earned money.

If you want to get conned, don’t look else where this is the perfect place where they charge you premium and then deliver sub standard products which has defects. On enquiring the sales person gets into argument. Particularly sales person by name Vinay does not even have slightest of idea of what customer satisfaction is and has audacity of being rude with customer. Quiet a loud mouth!!!
If you want to get insulted after buying a product then you have to meet this guy. He is quiet good at giving reasons and claims that’s how the product are delivered. I did the big mistake of paying full amount before delivery which gave them the full authority to pounce on me and made me be at their mercy. I deeply regret for having visited this place.
To top it, one of the delivery guy who visited my house flicked my apple iWatch and the way they handled the entire situation on complaining was horrifying. None of them care for customers once they have sold the goods and even owner is least bothered about all these. Did not even bother to come on phone forget about meeting.
Buying stuff put me into greater loss and mental agony.
Please save yourself by not visiting this place.
