★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used the services for restroom cleaning... Very good and neat job....would use them again... However there was only one person and he forgot the water squeezer... Next time kindly send at least two!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend at all. I had a terrible time with this so called "business". I had opted for deep cleaning of my empty 2 bhk from them. I shall list down their misdemeanours below.
1) Arriving late by 4 hours on the day of cleaning. I had to move in the next day so I didn't have an option but to allow them to clean even though they showed up late.
2) Their "deep cleaning" was done in 3 hours. The society in which my flat is doesn't allow heavy work beyond 6 pm. So I had no choice but to go on with this.
3) The next day I realised these people had messed up the chimney. I had asked them prior to getting it cleaned if they can do it. They responded by saying they will clean it superficially. I don't know what they did, but it cost me a pretty penny to repair the chimney.
4) As shown in the photos I have attached, you can see the result of their "deep cleaning". A pathetic job done by an incompetent bunch of people.
5) Coming to my biggest nightmare, their customer care. After the poor job which cost me 4000 rupees plus 500 rupees (tip which they demanded), I tried to contact the girl at the desk whose name is Prema. She is the one who was the point of contact. First of all, these people do not mention it, but they outsource the job to randoms. We found this out later when after a series of irated calls, she admitted it to us.
They kept us hanging for 4-5 days saying we'll come today, we'll come tomorrow. Passing the buck from Prema, to Narayanappa to Shivanna to Mallikarjuna. These are the names we came in contact with.
These fellows didn't pick our calls on the days they promised to come and redo the job. It took me having to scream at them on the phone a number of times for a refund for them to finally send two fellows to rectify their error.
I know they shall refute my review as I can see they've done with many others below me, but photographs don't lie.
This "company" caused me loss of money, loss of time and tremendous loss of peace.
Just go with urbancompany guys, no point supporting this "small business".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz don't recommend this service. They are not ontime . They reached post 2 hours and did only the deep cleaning inside my 2 bhk that too in normal way. However veranda and balcony are not cleaned and sanitized. Just they poring water even after we complained to the lady by name Prema. They are not professional and accurate in their work. Its simply waste of my money and time. 1st time I have booked this but I am not satisfied. compare to Urban clap company its ZERO service.Very worst.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi ... this is selvi .. i am really happy with the service rendered by Home cleaning service ... even though the company is small ,These guys are really proffessional .. they have all the equipment and the workers are also very obedient and polite . When compared to House joy and urban clap , these guy are doing excellent job and rates are also nominal , i strongly recommend thier service . In the pendamic others were charging high or not coming for service these people came and did fantastic work..

Safal and his co-workers cleaned nook n corner of the house very neatly and no mess at all at the end.
They were listening n responding sooner to any thing I tell them to do during cleaning.
I chose deep cleaning services for my home from home cleaning services and it came out to be the best decision taken.
All the best team for all your future works, keep it up and get going.
