★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HFFC, Bhavnagar has reached the worst customer service experience. I have demanded Interest Certificate for Home Loan. No doubt, They provide me with the Interest Certificate but with the wrong name. I called customer care and they say they can't able to correct the name. Worst experience of totally unprofessional staff. I suggest not to take a loan from HFFC, Bhavnagar Branch.
