★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Phenix Health for their services for geriatric care. We had hired their caregivers for 4 months for caring for my bedridden mother-in-law. The experience was seamless. When one of them could not come, they provided an equally competent replacement so we were never left without help. Secondly, the caregivers are trained to provide basic nursing care too, so they could give the patient the daily prescribed injection also. They knew how to use the oxygen concentrators, the nebuliser, how to take blood pressure etc. so it was a big support to us.

We would take this opportunity to thank you & your company Phoenix care for providing a care taker for my child. It was nightmare for us, thinking of how to take care of my child when I was about to rejoin my work after a long maternity leave. That’s when I discussed my problem with Madhuri Umale and she suggested me your name. I told you my requirement and you provided me with the same. The care taker for my child takes care of him completely whether it’s his food, clothes, hygiene, play etc. She is very punctual as well. I totally rely on her and trust her as she is very loving n compassionate towards my child. The other office staff that I came across are very cooperative.
We look forward to the fruitful relationship with phoenix in near future.
