★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed and pathetic standard of living. Wonder how the residents are surviving here. No electricity,no water, no maintenance, no housekeeping, stincky flats and so on.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ThoughConstruction quality is poor still it being accepted slowly by people moving here from NCR . Shopping area is still a miss and residents have to go to wrong way on the highway.But good shopping malls and restaurants very near to this apartment.Red lighs should be put in near the cuts near entrance to avoid accidents.Crowd from village nearby often passthrough the service lane so beware .All important services like water and powerback up is in place.value of flats do not rise but fall.Rent is affordable and two bedrooms flats at 9th floors have option of an additional room and open space .very much useful

All services like TV, AC installation, RO fitting, Cable, Broadband operators are easily available
Child-Play Area, Lift, Parking
Gated security 24×7
Cons:
Cleaning is just average
Build quality sometimes questionable like water sippage from roof
Safety outside the premises questionable at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are situated on GT Karnal road in Kundli. All the basic facilities are available here like 24 hrs electricity back up, security guards, parking space etc. The rooms are average in size but Alok of them have attached balcony. A good place to live in Sonipat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hats off ? for successfully building such a huge emperor m that too without facilities i.e very very poor power back-up, worst lifts(daily basis pr kharab rehti h), no garden maintenance (grass trim toh Hoti hi nahi), walls without cement n much more. Still able to take so high maintenance charges. Wow, let's clap for TDI KINGSBURRY owner.
