★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken a house on leave and license through this broker. Bad service, no commitment and nonchalance attitude. They do not bother at all once the deal is over. Only time their office staffs will call is during the time of renewal and as soon as they get their brokerage amount, they will be invisible. For any repair work also they will send some substandard contractor who will do some useless work and go off and make one realize that they are tenants.
