★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well connected with road transport and metro rail with cheap fare.Inside of the apartments paths and parking is neat and clean. Flats are very good.

this Apartment is closed to dwarka sector 13 metro Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello , I stay here . So, it's little embarrassing for me to write the flaws. first of all , the levelling of ceiling and the roof is not done properly . Rain water gets collected in common area ( lift area) , concrete used in making the whole structure is so bad that if you try to make a hole , it starts falling down in bits and pieces of grains which feels like cement was never used . Lifts are very slow and often have problems . Garden is well maintained . The constructors must have been really ignorant or dumb as the ceilings are little slanted (easily visible) and not parallel . I think ventilation is really good for each house and air flows through whole society with ease. The open parking area is bad and the pebbles are coming out off the road . Overall , living conditions are really good if you are coming from the areas like Uttam Nagar , laxmi Nagar , Gandhi Nagar , Chandni chowk etc .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ red tapism when it comes to management, all the service providers from guards to electrician to supervisors behave in a manner that they will get salary whether they perform their duties or not. No matter times the exterior paint is done, it will still look like a damp place.
Its just that own house here is best due to locality, else you need to be ready to be like a commoner who doesn't have rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society to ever live in. If you are thinking to buy or rent a flat in this society sor sorry I have some bad news for you. No regular water supply, lifts are slow as turtles, no friendly neighborhood, only garden is well maintained, plaster comes out of the walls in rain, no proper walking area, no parking area, even they don't have a notice board they put notice on the walls, committee is worst of all. So that's my review as I lived here for 5 years now and soon be shifting (Thank God).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is bad as outer layer of cements was scrubbing and was in bad condition. Somewhat close to a sewer is another drawback. The flat size is amazing though.
