★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not purchase any kind of tiles and materials from this showroom. Owner is number one cheat and manner less person. He does not know how to deal with customers. He has no prior experience dealing in tiles.
Worst experience in dealing with owner Balu. He has no manners in talking to customers and has no knowledge. Be careful in dealing with owner BAlu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 26th December 2018 My order for supply of vitrified tiles of 6x2 size was taken and noted with address and contact no a receipt of order placed and advance was given to me. I was promised to give delivery of the ordered tiles the next morning as immediate stock was not available with them at thier Godown in Mumbai. They had to transport it from their Bhiwandi Godown. I arranged for labourer the next morning taking into consideration that tiles will arrive till afternoon. And started preliminary work before fixing the tiles. The labours finished their work till 2.30pm but the tiles didn't arrive. In the meantime I was calling Mr. BALASAHEB for the status of delivery. After many calls my call was responded at 3.00 pm and was told that the you need not worry the order will reach at your place today itself but they were not able to tell till what time they could deliver. My labour wasted their time till evening 6.00pm and took full day payment from me for which I had bear the expense for half day. After number of calls(min 25) till evening none of my calls were replied and I was in a fix whether to call the labours to continue the work further tomorrow. Whether work is given to them or not their wages I will have to pay for full day. I had invited all guest for Pooja and house worming function on 31st December. I am still worried whether to go further with scheduled programme or postpone also my contractor will leave for his hometown on 31st, as he had planned to finish work before it and leave. I hate such irresponsible behaviour and cannot tolerate it. No manners to reply to single call after my numerous calls made to them. NO REPONSE AS YET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kajaria offers competitive prices as what local tile / ceramic brands offer in market. They are far better. Only issue is this place doesn't have much options and because of lock down and pandemic they have very limited quantity available. It often happens that you might like some tile or marble in their display and they might tell you that the quantity you require is not available with them
