Highly recommended if you desire a beautiful looking house that is equally customized to your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give them negative rating.If you have extra money give it in charity, rather than giving them your interiors to homelane.They are really worst, my project is on going from last 5 months from this homelane viman nagar center.So many outstanding issues, Nobody will respond back.Once you pay them there is no guarantee of getting the interiors done. Mehjabeen, Dumb designer Sayali Sonawane, Jayen installation manager, Project managers Vaibhav/Suraj everyone is non responsive and have spoilt my entire project.My project is pathetically executed.I have spent more than 25 lacs and everything is in vain now.I request everyone not to go with these cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team gives wrong commitment and get you on the board. They are liars and dont stand by there own words. Communication is the worst i have ever seen. There contractors are also not good and i have caught painting people escapping work right in my front. Project manager were changed overnight without informing or introducing new one. I would suggest not at all to go for Homelane. They are the worst service provider in the segment. Designer dont give much inputs .Timeline promised of 25 days went over 55 days, without any communication in advance. It was when i used to ask then only there customer representative use to share the inputs with no justification. I want to name all of them, but not doing so. But simple suggestion to all who are looking for upgrading there home, please look for some other vendors. Its the most frustrating days.

Overall it was a good experience working with Homelane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heads-up! If homelane is the last interior design and modular furniture firm left on earth, still you'd better find some other options. These people will never deliver the project on time. They will sell you something in lacs offer huge discounts and design something thru freelance designers. Then they have trained their teams to pitch something which will nullify the delivery guarantee. Post that they will deliver some damaged items so they can buy more time. You put pressure on them and they end up doing hodgepodge. Never give them end to end work. They will present you a nice deck of projects and then end up doing totally unacceptable. Don't go by their gimmick. It's a regret after spending so much. They expect you to do project management and coordination with their appointed vendor for custom furniture. They have flaws at every level, right from manufacturing to installation. The worst part is they don't have people to execute the project. Internally also they don't understand what's happening. They handled the project in the most messy way. If you are planning to move to your new home based on the dates given by them, you will have to live in a hotel and spend more money. This is like a torture project. Day in day out you will keep thinking why you made this mistake of going by homelane. The commitments given by the business head are also not honoured. Some people are doing their job just for the heck of doing it. Soon find another job and move away and no one cares about the customer's plight. Go by the 5 star ratings only if you can afford the risk and want adventure in your life. Modular furniture installation may take weeks for installation after on site delivery. The work contract is just for make sake. Hire a local carpenter, that guy will delay things but will give you less headache as you will at least know how much to expect in terms of delivery. In this case it is totally unpredictable and gets more unpredictable once the installation starts. It's a never follow up. They may get more and more clients but they are not equipped to handle the work load. DO NOT take their suggestion of involving another vendor suggested by them for custom work. Your work will get into regression with daily new identified dependencies.
