His one of team member Brijesh who worked relentlessly and finished everything on time. It was good experience with home lane and team. Also for the discount offered by sales team.

Quick tip - don’t compare % discount from other local competitors. Look at absolute project value. HomeLane is the best priced. Brand presence and reach adds to the trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good designs and good quality of work But Their 45 day promise is absolutely fake and has no credibility whatsoever. Vendor and site manager not responsible, will work if he calls 4 or 5 times , .they will delay project at all stages, poor co-ordination between their team ,Until your work is not completed then you do not give feedback and rating to Home Lane
I was yet to install the chimney of my house, so the site manager said, you give rating and feedback, we will install the chimney in 2 days
It's been 1 month still chimney not installed, very bad service and I regret that I selected the home lane

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest blunder we did in 2020 was to avail the services of Homelane. What they promised pre sales and what we got post sales had no correlation. The coordination amongst themselves is questionable too. Please do not go for what you see in the Showroom at Goregaon. The quality of the product specially the name of Armadio wardrobe is nothing but expensive Aristo Shutters which are useless. From the day they were installed and until today, we have nothing but problems. The shutters are very poorly designed. The quality has been very inferior. The shutters have already been returned and repaired more than 20+ times and still we have issues in them. There have been times when the entire shutter would almost fall off due to the bottom tracks coming off suddenly. The measurements were taken almost 10 times by separate teams of Homelane and Aristo both, however there were several mistakes and lack of coordination amongst their teams. I am in the process of preparing a detailed report which I shall be posting soon and on various sites and also on you tube for the benefit of the future customers so that they don't feel cheated. It has been over a year since we had booked however the project is still open as we are now having billing and refund challenges. So be prepared for a headache is you avail their services. Attaching some of the sample images. Shall be posting Videos on YouTube and more pictures for detailed review on various platforms.

I won't write much. Images speak louder than words. It's not even few months and things have started falling off.. Look at images yourself.
This is the kind of product after you pay them much above market rates.
I wish I had selected some different service provider.
I am stuck with them, every few days something brakes.
Please don't waste your money. I believe any other provider will be better than homelane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HomeLane care is very responsive. We had some issues with our kitchen shutters and side panel, upon raising issue ticket, they arrived promptly on next working day for the replacements. Mr. Rahul Nair and his technicians( Mr. Ashok Vishwakarma & Mohit Vishwakarma) were very cooperative and finished the work as promised. We are satisfied with their work
