It was the reason that gave us confidence to engage with HUB again. This time, we had the pleasure to work with Aishwrya as our ID. Not only was she really experienced and able to give us good advise and guidance on many aspects of our home interior, she was also great at managing the work schedule to ensure that we were able to handover within the time. She is sincere in sharing her experience and ideas when we seek for her consultation and for that, we will be always grateful. No doubt there were unforeseen challenges that came up along the way but HUB was transparent with them and consulted with us & helped us with alternative solutions.. These are the important traits an ID should have. She always do her best to guide us through our renovation works and accede to our request with positive attitude. Never once was she impatient with our calls or messages. Even though circuit breaker has affected our progress but they went all the way to ensure that our house is ready in time to move in. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.
