★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Town is not very professional in dealing with its customers. I faced lot of difficulties and customer care was not very caring at all. However the staff who came to assemble Study Table (Mr. Ajay Kumar) did a wonderful job. He deserves five star but I am rating three star to the HT store. I purchased bedroom sets of two and dining table set as well as study table but spare parts of study table was not delivered and to fix it, it took HT from delivery date 20 December 2018 until 13 January 2019 to assemble study table.

Peeps beware! While selling they will make all the promises that the delivery will happen ASAP and installation will happen within the same day but this is a lie. You will have to waste your time and energy to ensure delivery happens. Till now installation is pending despite calling them again and again. They make all sorts of unprofessional excuses once they have your money. Basically this is a scam.
Your life is better off without products from this horrendous store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service from HomeTown. They have no value of their commitment in terms of delivery and installation. While selling the products they will promise you your convenient date and time of installation, but after that you will have to chase them around and they will harass you at their will. Their customer care is pathetic. They have no knowledge about your product and does not want to help. I have learnt my lesson, never going to purchase again from this place.

I brought him at home town by saying that whatever you need for home you will get it here. & Then he found one which he really liked the most of all. & Followed by even I bought some decoration stuff from home town. I live this place. One shop for all. I can recommend it to all.

It is situated on the 5th floor of Ambience Mall. One can reach there directly from 8th or 9th lift.
