Altogether it's a perfect destination for all your interiors !!!
You are going to love this place
But the only drawback was the staff ,they are not as friendly as needed
Actually a staff named RAMYA was very rude to me
She was pushing me ,stamping on my feet
I think these kind of behaviour is not suitable for a staff
Better not show your frustrations on customers !!
I hope you check into this !!
Other than that everything is fine !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparo hdcmr vizag techncian done installation, and service was amazing....
I bought wooden bed, they said while purchasing,within 12days it will be delivered, but they have sent within 8days ,.... Same day technician came, actually when he arrived both me&wife not there,... I said to come next day but he said he will wait untill u comeback,... As he said he was waited more than 2hrs ,... And completed the process.... Thanks to apparao...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a BITTER experience with Hometown CMR , which I had chosen for modular kitchen in my flat in CELEST, tower C , Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam.
PROS: Only thing to mention positive is carpenter Sudarshan who did fixing work in his allotted time.
CONS: No in time delivery.They promised to deliver in 45 days.We had ordered & paid advance in august 2021 which is not yet finished as on 30 th January 2022.
No supervisor comes to site during installation.
We have to pay 100% before delivery of the order.so we can do nothing but keep calling them once we have paid advance.of course as expected, they don’t attend your calls.
They don’t have proper designer.Many naive carpenters have a better idea than their designer manoj Nellure.
I would be much happier if they Fulfilled atleast 10% of their promises.

Even their customer care service is PATHETIC !
Their duty is to post reply with one of the printed formats they have? and left the issue thereafter.
If you want to opt the HOMETOWN CMR, contact the previous customers and see the products if possible and speak to them.
Spending lacks of money for kitchen and wardrobes for their WORST SERVICES is not at all suggestible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered dining table early this month and after 3 weeks they delivered damaged item. Can see a big hole in the middle of the table. We told hometown delivery people that we don’t accept the item as the hole is very obvious and big. Then a person from hometown called us and said we will replace the damaged part, for now please accept. He said technician will come tomorrow to install the table.
Now that person not even answering my call. And reply to my email from hometown. Toll free number not able to connect.
Parts are not installed, item damaged, no response …….. it’s like hell
Worst online shopping I have ever seen
I am telling this because I know how painful it is after spending around 84,000 and receive these kind of service. Please double check before go to this shop. Hometown at CMR central
