★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a king sized bed in their recent exchange offer. They took my bed on the second day of the buying and then delivered my unassembled bed to me after 10 days of buying. When there fitter came, he recognized that they delivered two left panels instead of one left and one right panel. When we did a complaint about this the organization took 10 more days to deliver just a part and now when it got delivered the fitter is still not here. So I would say poor service for the customers and no importance of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Town just sells third class furniture and fools the public with exchange offers. Delivery and service are pathetic. If you have 15 days to wait for the furniture to arrive and 3-4 days to wait for assembling the same, then go for it. Customer care is helpless and the sales person will simply stop picking up your phone if you ask them about any status. Simply waste of time and money. I am writing this from my personal experience and would like no one else to go through this harassment.
