★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hometown is the worst and the most harrowing experience for a customer. As a customer, I faced issue with their incapable service thrice after which I have sworn never to invest in their furniture and upholsteries again. Not only the deliveries are rescheduled without communication or consent but the executives are living in denial of the customer's constant complaints and hence lack of accountability and providence of improvement. Save your time and money by NOT chosing Hometown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor in customer support. I had ordered a queen size bed on 14th April & was delivered on 3rd May after 4 days delays against their own commitment. I am still waiting to get the fitting done. Customer services are pathetic. Think twice before placing any order with them unless you have patience to wait infinite.
