★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, staffs are totally unprofessional, having no proper knowlege regarding bike parts even, all staffs are busy in their own gossips, customers are given least preference. Better to get bike serviced from local shops.Organisation have to train them on basics of how to work in customer service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some machanic boy is experienced while some is unprofessional but I do not understand one thing when we go to his parts store most part are not available but you go to his service centre for ask him replace same part he immediately agree to replace the same part it means he uses market available parts and he purchased discount rate and you have to charge MRP. When we complain to his manager he convey the language of his staff it means all staff are involved in this practice. Owener should look into the matter for his company reputation.
