My name is Beena Sharma and I bought a Honda WRV car in February 2019 from the dealer Prime Honda, Patpatganj, Delhi. The started troubling immediately after 3 months of purchase. The engine gets seized frequently and the service center every time say there appeared sugar in the fuel tank which I dont agree because my car is single handedly driven by me and I dont give my car keys to any one. The same has happened thrice in my car within a year of purchase but the Honda Services are not helping in this matter. I have requested them to replace the car's engine but even after so many requests on phone and customer care, no one is responding to it. The engine of the car is faulty which is developing something that is seizing the car's engine. Honda is not taking it seriously that anything can happen in the heavy traffic because the car stops operating in running traffic all of sudden. last time also my car stopped all of sudden in ring road.
I request again them to please rectify this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always feel that Honda is one of the good Manufacturing companies of the world and manufacture Quality Products. But I am sorry to say, never buy any diesel vehicle of Honda due to following: a. Low RoI, b. Low Resale Value of Product, c. Extremely High Maintenance, d. No one is ready to do the PUC of the car, e. The response of dealers is to always focus on replacement of spare parts and charge heavily to Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy the Honda Cars as they do not listen to the clients, I have bought New Honda Civic in August 2019 and after some time there was bubble in Tyre and having problem in rear view mirror also, I have made several complaints to dealer here in Panipat but nobody is ready to listen.
I thought that Honda company is renowned company but to say that that I will it has 0 rank in customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy honda cars. There is no work culture. Very poor quality in servicing vehilce. Will not get proper warranty for vehicle. While complaining in toll free number no use. I have facing rear view mirror complaint. They are not ready to replace the mirror in warranty. But no responsible person in honda to hear complaints. Service centre people are applying waste oil on mirror joints. I don't know, what is the use of lubricating two fibre parts. I cant recommend this company. Honda managers, Better to go for theft and make money. No need to cheat people and make money.
