★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely WORSE Service. Everybody right from Security Guard to the entire staff were mis-behaved. The customer waiting room DID NOT have Air Condition turned ON or atleast a Fan arrangement could have been made which I had to request them but they "Simply Refused". It was very suffocating in their. At the time of leaving, I had a Very Big Verbal fight with the Supervisor & it's subordinates who open Job card & the SHAMELESS security guard. They were not ready to offer me little bit of Sanitizer so that I could sanitize my seat & accelerator.
MANAGER IS MERELY A SHOW PIECE IN THIS SERVICE CENTRE. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY HAS HE EVEN BEEN HIRED FOR THE JOB IF HE DOES NOT WANT TO SHOW ANY INTEREST & IS NOT EVEN AWARE OF MY VERBAL FIGHT WITH HONDA'S MISBEHAVED STAFF!!! INFACT WHEN THESE INCIDENT HAPPENED AT EXIT, THE USELESS MANAGER WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN.
This particular Service Centre of Honda really needs a "Young, Smart, Intelligent, Co-operative Service Centre Manager - The one who can keep customers happy as much as possible. Else very soon Honda has to close down the shutter of this C.R. Scooter forever b'coz of these - "Dirty, Arrogant, Rudely Misbehaved Supervisor & the entire staff"!!!
Oh yes, I forgot to mention...how can I forget the Ambience? - This C.R. Scooters at Jetalpur Road is absolutely "Filthy, Dirty, the Washrooms smelled dirty with all black dirty footmarks & guess what? I think they have placed the cold cooler water which comes in the way of their washroom looked very dirty & surface had all footsteps of people's (mostly their staff I guess) footwear came straight out of the washroom.
C.R. Scooters at Jetalpur Road stinks big time just like how all of their staff including the Useless & Disappearing Manager stinks - The place is very dirty just like their dirty STAFFS. Zero service!!!
I really wonder whether the Chairman & Managing Director of Honda 2 Wheeler is even "Bothered" to look into these serious issues? I mean can you even imagine this - The entire service centre has just One Single Fan & that too kept outside the Customer waiting room. When asked to keèp it inside the Customer waiting room, they simply "Refused"!!!
While being seated inside their Customer Service waiting area, nobody from their entire team including The - Good For Nothing Useless Service Manager atleast cared to walked inside the Customer waiting room, check & ask me whether I am comfortable or not in that waiting area & that do I need anything such as Tea or Coffee? Poor C.R. ? They can't even afford a decent Tea/Coffee Vending Machine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service station of CR Scooter is one of the most pathetic work station i have ever visited. I had put my 2 wheeler for service on 01/02/2020 having registration # GJ/6/HB/2630.
In the morning around 10:30 am i had gone to put my 2 wheeler at service station. The service center guy who was on duty had taken my vehicle without any problems noted & without job card.
I got 2-3 calls from there office but no one had informed me that you vehicle is ready. i on my own visited there service center to take feedback of my vehicle where for 30 mins i didn't found my vehicle at the end i found my vehicle & they gave me a bill of RS. 650/- for servicing, oil change & cover which was damage. when i checked my vehicle i found it was not serviced & not washed i informed they guy who was giving me delivery. he immediately took my vehicle at washing are for washing.
I let my wife to collect the vehicle when it get washed. she called me informing that the service center guy was informing that back liner has to be changed & jumper is not working properly.
i was shocked hearing the. this is how reputed brand service station are giving service to there customers. Its very shameful on Honda Activa part. They had to take some steps to resolve the issue effecting valuable customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not so polite and I feel they misguide you regarding the condition of your vehicle. They they do unnecessary repairs for increasing the bill amount. Also they do not accept card payment for bills less than 500. You should prefer this place for servicing only in the 1st year of your purchase when you get free service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes customer very lightly & have witnessed staff treating specific customers in VIP manner.
Common everyone comes there from job - other important works, waits almost one hour to get the attendant and when turn comes the attendant is diverted to some VIP customer who just enters the service center.
Regret to say but their service is getting worse day by day.
Advise everyone to opt for other service providers.
