★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service, arrogant staff. They cheat you deep in pocket. Not Recommendable. They will tell lots of problem in your vehicle and charge heavy without repairs. BE CAREFUL. Do not take any AMC or Extended warranty from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at Vihaan Honda Rabale service centre. They ask for unnecessary charges even in free service. Very Unprofessional people. When we asked for the details of the charges they applied, they asked us to read the documents. The way they were talking was very rude and mannerless. Worst experience ever. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is that even if you pay for engine oil in free servicing, it is not replaced. If you ask, you get rude answers from the staff. In AMC, labour charge Rs.500 / -was charged to replace the accelerator cable of the bike. Nothing is done in servicing except washing the bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center, they are chetting they charge extra cost and not done anything, don't go this service center. I give one example yesterday I went there and did the service they charge like air filter oil change but when i took my by after service done i fact racing issue and i go near one garrage and they open and told service center not done anything.
So requesting don' t go. They all are chitter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre. I highly non-recommended service centre. Staff behaviour is rude, unprofessional way of doing the job. They don't know how to behave with customer. Also they charged unnecessary labour charges in bill even though bike is covered under free serving period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is doing fraud. I ordered parts and paied advance for it. They said you will not need any receipt of payment. I said ok as anyway I will have it in bank statement. It's been 3 and half month. I weekly go there and follow up. They push you to other person in showroom to ask n explain my order evertime.it is insane torture. Lastly I get answer I will check status n call you. Today I went and asked for my refund they completely denied. They are very unprofessional and disrepectful to woman. Honda should take a strict action on this. There must be many innocent customers who don't even know how to raise compliants. I don't even want to give it 1 star.
