Hi i am Vijay Krishna came to vijayawada to see my parents.I planned to buy honda Dio for my father in nerella honda, Eluru. They cotted price for 88500 final price. I bargained price for 87500, They didn't accept with the price. Two days back I enquired in santosh honda vijayawada, manager Sai gave a final price of 88000. I explained the same thing to manager in Elluru. Here manager of Eluru contacted the all Santosh honda branches in vijayawada. They form a cartle gang and controlling the dealership prices. Santosh honda had many branches in vijayawada. Nerella show room in eluru and santosh honda branches in vijayawada all are manipulating the customers. Where ever the customers go these branches were formed as gang and playing with customers. I forwarded the complaint to Honda head office about this issue

No proper response from working staff , They didn't explain details regarding various bikes and scooters, Not patient enough to show and describe specifications of various bikes, Not customer friendly,somewhat arrogant behavior shown by some members of the working staff. Not satisfied with their customer services and care.

Recently we purchased a bike from here and the experience was very bad. 1) They don't know how to treat customers respectfully. Even the the manager/MD speaks in rude manner with customers. They need to improve a lot on customer relationship and service. 2) They make it mandatory to buy additional accessories, AMC warranty, etc. These additional things are supposed to be optional (customers don't need to pay for them if they don't want these additional items). If any customer doesn't want these additional things, then the management would not sell a bike to that customer. Message to Nerella Honda: Please do not make fools out of customers. Accessories & additional AMC, etc. are optional items, let the customers make their choice. If they do not want them, please do not force them to buy. For middle class & lower middle class people every rupee is precious. And please respect the customers who are coming to purchase a bike from you. For most of these customers owning bike could be a dream. For all the customers who are planning to buya bike from Nerella Honda: Please know that Accessories, AMC, etc. are optional. You have a right not to pay for them if you don't want these items.

Service is Worst I Have Done a Paid Service in The Show Room After the Service Bike Mileage Is Reduced And Getting Sound From Chain As I Already Said To Tight The Chain But They Haven't This is Not the First Time It Happened Everytime
